Free phone consultation
Let’s start with a complimentary phone or video call, so that we can find out more about your circumstances and how we might be able to help you. We are happy to offer advice based on our experience free of charge.
There is absolutely no obligation to work with us beyond this call and you might be happy to continue your sales preparation alone.
If, however, you would like to work with us, then we will invoice you for 50% of the cost of your chosen package.

Initial visit
During our first visit, we discuss how you’d like to prepare your boat for sale and how to achieve the best asking price. We will assess the furnishings you already have on board and make a plan to present your boat to best advantage.
If you choose the Gold Package, we will take measurements at this point, and gather details on the boat specification.

Work begins
Back at the office, the team will get to work immediately. If you have chosen the Gold Package, we design your sales PDF brochure and draw up your floor plan layout. We will source any agreed temporary furnishings and start work on your webpage.

Staging Day
We arrange a second visit to your boat to install the furnishings, style the interior and take photos. These images are yours to use in any listings or adverts.
If you have chosen the Gold Package, we will record the virtual tour during this second visit.
Furnishings remain on board until boat is sold or 8 weeks, whichever is the sooner.

Launching your boat for sale
We finish your virtual tour, brochure, layout floor plan and listing details (Gold Package) and issue your final invoice.
With your final approval, we will upload your boat listing to your webpage, Apollo Duck and all agreed media (Gold Package.)
